Hi, i'm not sure but i think some of you may remember my other forum at http://blackangel7236.proboards36.com (if not, its no biggie..) well i have decided that it was time for a change. I recently moved my forum from proboards to invisionfree because there were too many problems associated with the upgrade, and also because of the fact that it is a lot easier for me to do my job as an admin, I have more control over the customization of my board.. i got tired of having to put in a whole bunch of codes into my headers and footers to do things that come simple and standard with invisionfree.. most of these codes did not work, and the ones that did work, caused conflicts with the rest of the codes. all in all, i thought that it was time for a change. so with 50+ members and over 3,000 posts, this community is fairly new, and needs active members.

My forum is all about freedom of expression. This is a place where people can come together to talk about anything, or nothing in general. Some of our topics include: Anime, Computers & Technology, Celebrities, Culture, Current Events, Food*, Games, Humor, Movies, Music, Relationships, Sex*, TV Shows, Travel, Sports and Much More.. We have an arcade with well over 20 flash games, and more will be added in the future. The staff and members there are very friendly, and with WELL over 200 topics, there is a lot to talk about, and there is something for everyone. I am positive that you will find something that you'll want to talk about too.

The sex topics are for mature (note i said "mature" and not "x-rated") discussion..

We also have a recipe index with more than 100 recipes (more will be added) so if want to make something special for your family or a special occasion, or just need some ideas, you can get them there...

Update: 12/08/05 - We have opend up 2 new sections in the "Up Close & Personal" forum.

The first section is called "Q & A." This section for those of you who either want advice, need an opinion, or want to ask a personal question. This is not limited to sex, or relationships.. and so if you would like to start an "ask me anything" thread, you are most welcome to do so there.

The second section is called "The Lighter Side."
This section is your one-stop shop for all of your funny lists, dirty jokes and riddles.. so if you need a good laugh, all the while catering to your "adult" sense of humor.. then be sure to check out this new section.

There are currently 27 games in the arcade, and more will be added soon, and i've just finished putting up the AMV theatre, which currently has 5 movies, so if you want to show off your amv's or watch amv's submitted by other members you can do so there.

Update: 12/30/05 - i just re-skinned it for the new year, that is why it said "board offline" so if you want to check it out, the site is now open.. sorry for the inconvenience, and i hope you like the changes..

Update: 12/30/05 - The 'Plug your site' section has been opened, so if you want to advertise your site, get rates, or request affiliation, then you can do so there..

I am also considering putting up a "blogs" section on the forum.. but I haven't decided on anything as of yet..

I can understand that. I guess that activity is far more important than anyone else can think of, yeah?

Anyways, I've joined the new and improved "The Twilight Cafe" transformed from "The Chillout Zone" and it looks cooler than ever. I've just registered. A very nice forum you got there! Keep it up!

P.S: A bit off-topic, but I noticed you log in from time to time. Very interesting method.

Man, this topic brings back so many memories.. Thanks for the compliment Acer, and yeah, we have come a long way. My new forum currently has more than 300 members, so I guess that I am doing something right. I try to get on from time to time as my time permits you know?

And you're very welcome on the compliment, hun. And I'm glad you guys came a long way from old school. That's pretty cool that your new forum has more than 300+ members, and I bet it has grown pretty steady since your last posting. I hope you are indeed doing something right at your end.
