These are the rules for site/forum affiliation requests and regulations. Please read these as they're important for you in the future. Thanks.
Site/Forum Affiliation Rules:
1. You must have at least 10 members and 1000 posts to apply, although more is highly recommended!
2. The site/forum itself must look nice! If it is a default ProBoards/InvisionFree template, we won't accept it. But a custom template is very needed!
3. If you are rejected, do not PM me or any of the staff here and ask why. If your site/forum has undergoing changes, feel free to make another thread in 14 days and try again in that time.
4. Bumping is allowed only after in or around 24 hour range. Thanks!
5. If you have more than one site/forum, put each in a separate thread so it won't be too much confusing. Thank you!
6.) If I see that our forum mini-banner in your forum is up and accepted, I'll add mine here obviously right away.
7.) You must enclosed your affiliation using the CODE sequence only.
8.) You need at least and must get 50 posts in order to apply and to affiliate with my forum. Under 50 posts, you'll either be informed or warned about this. Automaticially rejected. *** UPDATED! ***
9.) It's free for you to affiliate with other websites/forums though.
10.) This board is not similiar compared to the Advertising and Rating boards. Please do take a note of this.
11.) Title your thread the name of the site/forum please.
Here is our official affiliation code if you want to affiliate with us! Thanks! Below is the HTML version.
The above rules may change WITHOUT NOTICE, so check often.
-Thanks to Red vs Blue forums for sourcing us with important information. Modified by me, of course with additional information and added activity ratio section.
When I accept or reject affiliations or even take them into consideration for under review, I'll put the following layout as follows:
SITE/FORUM AFFILIATION ACCEPTED!
Your site/forum affiliation has been accepted. Thank you for affiliating with Acer's Supreme Forum Hits.
SITE/FORUM AFFILIATION REJECTED!
Your site/forum affiliation has been rejected. I'm sorry, but you are not accepted with Acer's Supreme Forum Hits at this time. You must either follow the rule template, or have 50 posts in order to accept affiliations properly.
SITE/FORUM AFFILATION HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND IT IS UNDER REVIEW!
Your site/forum affiliation request has been taken into consideration and it is now under review. Until I see an affiliate from you in your forum, I might accept it. I need my mini-banner into your affiliation first before I can accept your affiliation application. And you must obey the Affiliation Rules and get 50 posts in order to get this accepted properly. So thank you for affiliating with Acer's Supreme Forum Hits. The staff members and I will review your affiliation application carefully. I will also get the chance to approve your affiliation application to see if you are accepted or rejected for that matter, so please be patient while I make my final decision about your affiliation request.
