Is it me or are officers now operating based on Serve and make money and not Serve-and-Protect. In one case, An officer Tasered a kid claiming he came at him with a Cigarette. First off, the Cigarette wasn't even lit. Secondly, This officer was in his late 20's, was 6'5'', weighed about 210 and could probably bench-press this kid twice over. This kid was a minor, but some place where the smoking age wasn't 18. He weighed about 130. Does it seem odd that this kid now possed a threat because he was an OFFICER and did it for reasons other than self protection.
