Do you think the Constitutional rights should apply in schools or not? Take a few scenarios for example:
If an in-class debate is taking place, should someone be allowed to exercise their first Amendment rights to say pretty much whatever they want? I'm not talking about saying "screw you" to another one of the students, but bringing up a point that some may find offensive.
When the pledge of allegiance is being recited, do students have the right not to stand?
Do strict dress codes take away a student's individuality and deny their freedom of expression?
Go ahead and answer these, or add a few of your own if you want.
