The Easter Egg: The Rock* have put up a real Easter egg in Vice City game. It’s inside an invisible window near the VCN Helipad.
How to get there:
1. Start at Prawn Island, coming from the vice point road.
2. Head till the railing on the right side, ends.
3. Get off the vehicle and on your right will be an open door with black background . Get in here and you will be warped up to the roof.
4. When you are on the roof, head up to the highest section ie where the VCN Maverick spawns.
5. Now if you are looking towards the thingypit, you will see a small light in the back, right corner of the helipad. Go there.
6. Now from that pole of light look at the wall directly in front of you.
7. You will see an ‘Invisible’ window just slightly to your left.
8. Get a bit back and jump in through this window. There you can see the Easter egg on a stand.
Apartment 3c: There is a room named Apartment 3c in the Ocean Beach. It is a secret room. There is also a chainsaw in the bathroom
How to get there:
1.Start out at the Ocean View hotel, then head west until you come to the underground mall area.
1.Keep heading West. One of the first things you'll come to is a small, two story apartment building with stairs in front of it leading to a walkway to the other side and down again. The apartment 3C building is facing south and the entrance is the Eastern most door on the top level.
2.Inside is a chainsaw weapon pickup.
3.Must be clear from the picture attached
Guy With Cement Shoes: You can see this one in the middle of the ocean (facing leaf links). This is a fat man with his arms raised up and his shoes are in a square shape made up of cement. lol, he has one 'cement' shoes for both legs.
How to get there: Four suggestions..
1.Start out in a boat, any boat at the marina. Then head North until your underneath the bridge to Starfish Island from the East Island. Then head East until your facing the supports of the bridge. Take a right and follow the land around the corner and keep close to the edge.
2.Get a boat and from the Leaf Links Golf Course, head towards the second island. Now you should see a couple of big rocks under the water. You should see a guy with cement shoes just in the bottom of the ocean.
3.Get a boat and then head to Diaz's mansion. Now facing the mansion (you should be facing North according to the radar), turn right and keep going straight and you should see him on top of rocks underground.
4.Start out at the seaplane parked outside the Film studio, facing the bridge. Now turn around counter clockwise, facing south, you'll see a rock formation under water. Go directly over this rock formation, but continuing south, until you see the next rock formation, you'll be halfway between your save point (closest to the greasy chopper and the bike emporium) and the north western most area of the golf course. It's this rock formation that has the guy, use a boat, it's the easiest way to spot him.
Guy With Cement Shoes II: There is another statue in Vice City.
How to reach there:From the Boatyard, head NORTH or NORTH EAST which leads to the back of the Vercetti Mansion. While getting closer, on your right will be a bunch of buildings. Check out for the Man With Cement Shoes at the first Junction. The man stands in the same position facing NORTH
Submarine: Get to the place marked on the map [Inset]. Search around in that area. A sea sparrow would be convenient to land on water as well as takeoff and search properly.
It really tough to get the exact location as it is in ocean.
Rock* Pool: In one of the houses in starfish island there is a pool with Rock* Logo.
How To get there: From the cherry poppers ice cream factory, move along the road that leads towards the Vercetti Estate. Check for a open gate. Get to the back to see the pool. There is also a hidden package up the stairs.
Bikini Pool: This too is in the Starfish Island. There is a pool which looks like a women in red bikini. Can spot it if you are in a helicopter. Get along the other side of the road. [the arc like one].
Bag Of Money: After completing 'The Job' mission for malibu club, a duffle bag full of money will be on a bed at the Ocean View Hotel. If you look at it closely, it will be a lot of American bills like 20's, 10', 50's, 100's, 1's, and even 2-dollar bills.
Toys: After completing the 'Demolition Man' mission for Avery, a toy box of RC heli's,planes and cars will appear in one of the lower rooms of the Vercetti Mansion where you find the tiger rug.
Friendly Faces: In one of the shops in Ocean Beach, there is shop named Rockstar Games it has cardboard cutouts of Maria, 8-Ball, El Burro, Kenji, and more people from GTA3 in the glass panes.
Constellation Rockstar: At night you get to see this, the Constellations forming Rockstar symbol. It seems like the constellations form 'R' and a star beneath twinkling brightly
Trophies: In the Vercetti Mansion and the Ocean View Hotel, trophies appear on top of the TV's after you have done the stadium missions in downtown and also the shooting range missions in downtown ammunition.
In Vercetti Estate, on top of the TV in one of the lower rooms on your right as you enter from the main entrance.
In the Ocean View hotel, get to the top floor through the stairs. Search for a door that is open. (the only one). Inside will be a TV and on top a trophy.
Posters & Pictures: After you complete all of the Film Studio missions, a poster will appear at the Vercetti Estate of nude Candy Suxxx and various pictures of her and Alex - the congressman on your desk in the save place.
The Wang: In a hotel named 'Hotel Chariot' across the street from the Malibu Club, there are some interesting light formations at night. It only appears from 23:00 till 00:00. If you look at them from far, they form the shape of male genitals. It squirts liquid out of the top too.
It cannot be really recognized from close. So, get a bit back. Use a helicopter.
The Boobies:After doing the 'G-Spotlight' mission for the Inter Global Film studio, you can see the spotlight of it in the same building at night. It looks like two breasts with nipples and down written 'Candy Suxxx'.
Beach Ball: Two ways to get them.
1) In one on the mansions in Starfish Island, there is a pool with a ball in it. If you run over it it bounces high and you can play a game by bouncing the ball on your head. It is recorded in your stats also.
2) You can also find those beach balls on the beach. Here is a set of instructions on how to spawn it.
* Go to a spot in the beach where there are people.
* Switch to first person mode and move your camera around until more people appear, eventually a beach ball will appear.
Rockstar Logos: In the ammunition shops you see the shopkeepers with the Rock* logos at the front and back of their shirts.
Dolls: On the 'Gang Burrito' vehicle you can see a doll (teddy bear) on top or in front of the engine. They don't occur simultaneously.
The gang burrito can be found in the Prawn Island. In one of the mansions in the island always spawns it.
