Staff Member Name's Colours + New Group Added!

I've just modified or changed the staff colours into a more natural substance, so the staff can enjoy it. The original members, however, will have to wait for now. If you want to see their colours, you have to look out for that staff member who has that position with the colour you're looking for.

Also, I've added a new group called "Co-Administrator" to the Members Group, so a new addition is welcomed!
